This is a suit in tort arising out of an automobile accident that occurred May 16, 1965, on Louisiana Highway 467 in Vernon Parish. Plaintiffs were passengers in a 1965 Chevrolet car owned by plaintiffs, which was being driven by a friend, Edmond Quintana. The other vehicle involved in the accident was a pick-up truck owned by defendant, Rodney R. Rhodes, and being driven by defendant, Marvin P. Weaver.
