This is an appeal under the Register of Wills Act of June 28, 1951, P. L. 638, 20 PS § 1840.208, which provides, inter alia: "Any party in interest who is aggrieved by a decree of the register . . . may appeal therefrom to the court within two years of the decree . . ."
