Linda Luallen sued Allen L. Booher and Cecil Booher to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Her father, E.R. Luallen, brought a separate suit to recover expenses incurred in providing his daughter with necessary medical treatment, for loss of her services and for damage to his automobile.
