Linda Luallen sued Allen L. Booher and Cecil Booher to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Her father, E.R. Luallen, brought a separate suit to recover expenses incurred in providing his daughter with necessary medical treatment, for loss of her services and for damage to his automobile. The jury returned verdicts in favor of the plaintiffs...
