Appellant, Jerry Dean Brewster, appeals from an order refusing to vacate a default judgment entered against appellant and Mrs. W.E. Brewster, appellant's mother.

The record discloses a complaint filed by appellee against appellant and Mrs. W.E. Brewster, seeking judgment for $900.53, being the unpaid balance on a promissory note for $1,000.00, plus interest and attorney fees....
