This is an action for damages arising from a car-truck collision which occurred shortly after 11 o'clock A. M. on October 19, 1967. Plaintiff William Gay was a passenger in a 1958 Chevrolet owned by him and operated by Louisa Macon. Gay was asleep on the passenger side of the front seat of the vehicle. Louisa Macon was driving north on Highway 71 inside the city limits of Hosston, Louisiana. A 1965 Chevrolet 80 Series 409 truck with a dump trailer...
