WHITMAN, Judge.

Plaintiff below brought an action for damages for the alleged wrongful death of her husband. Decedent was killed in an automobile accident when the car he was driving was struck in the side by defendant's, appellant's, car. The collision occurred at night on Highway No. 117, some distance outside the city limits of Lumber City, Ga.

At the trial the evidence put forth by the plaintiff was that decedent was making a lawful left-turn maneuver...
