This is an action for damages instituted by Mrs. Geneva R. Broussard, individually and as natural tutrix of her three minor children. The suit arises out of the death of plaintiff's husband, Wilbert Broussard. The defendants are Wilvin Whittington, James K. Whitaker and Traders and General Insurance Company.
