Sanchez, instituted this suit against defendants Haase Construction Company, Inc., and its insurer, Continental Casualty Company, to recover workmen's compensation benefits for total permanent injuries allegedly resulting from an accident occurring September 17, 1965, during the course of plaintiff's employment as a carpenter for defendant Haase.
