Certiorari to review a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Commission denying compensation to an employee who was injured while playing in an intramural company softball game.

The issue presented here is whether there is substantial evidence to support the 2-1 decision of the commission that the injury did not arise out of and in the course of employment within the meaning of Minn.St. 176.011, subd. 16. We hold that...
