This is an action for damages for fraud and deceit based upon alleged misrepresentations made to plaintiff by the defendants in connection with the sale of a tract of land. In his petition, plaintiff alleged that defendants falsely and fraudulently represented to him that the tract in question consisted of five acres, when in fact it contained only two and one-half, and that the defendants represented that the water supply was sufficient for household...
