This is an action to quiet title to certain tidelands in Sequim Bay; more particularly, to determine whether or not plaintiff Johnston (who once owned all of the land involved in this dispute) and his grantee, Lloyd Mack, subsequent to the sale to Mack, effectively agreed to a lateral boundary to the second class tidelands fronting on their adjoining uplands so as to bind Mack's grantees, defendant's Monahan and Erdahl, and their present lessee, defendant...
