ORTH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Isaac Junior Lynch (appellant) tried by the court in the Criminal Court of Baltimore was found guilty of murder in the first degree and burning a storehouse. A life sentence was imposed on the murder conviction and, consecutively therewith, a sentence of 10 years on the storehouse burning conviction.1
