Plaintiff, by her administrator, brought suit in the circuit court for the county of Saginaw. The suit against defendant Dropek was brought under the liquor control act.* It is alleged that defendant Dropek unlawfully sold intoxicating beverages to plaintiff decedent, a minor, and further that defendant:

"did encourage, permit, allow and entice [plaintiff decedent] * ...
