This appeal is taken "from the verdict of the Clarke Superior Court on October 13, 1969, wherein the Judge of the Superior Court of Clarke County, Georgia, didected a verdict in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiff," the notice of appeal further reciting that "said directed verdict was made the judgment of the court on October 22, 1969."
