The appellant was indicted, along with two other individuals, on a charge of the felonious possession of narcotic drugs, in Pike County, Mississippi. He was granted a severance, and was tried and convicted. He has appealed to this Court from a penitentiary sentence and contends that the trial court committed reversible error in the trial of his case.
