PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with violation of a city ordinance which prohibited the smoking of cigarettes in public places contrary to posted "no smoking" signs. Upon committing the described misdemeanor, the defendant was arrested by a municipal judge who observed the incident. The judge filed a complaint against the defendant on the following day in the Lincoln Park Municipal Court, and a warrant was issued. Defendant was found guilty of the offense charged...
