The petitioner pleaded guilty in Chittenden County Court to two charges of procuring an abortion in violation of 13 V.S. A. § 101 and was sentenced to serve a term of three to five years in state prison on each conviction. Subsequently, the respondent filed a petition under the Post Conviction Relief Act, 13 V.S.A. §§ 7131-7137, for review of the judgments.
