After a preliminary hearing on July 26, 1968, at which the United States Commissioner did not find probable cause, appellant was indicted by a grand jury on September 10, 1968 in two counts, for the possession and passing of counterfeit notes in violation of 18 U.S. C. §§ 472, 473 and 2.
