To recover a balance due on the purchase price of a truck, the plaintiff brought suit. The amount due at the time of trial came to $514.06, on a transaction originally amounting to $2,750.00. The action was commenced by a writ in the common counts, and was answered by a general denial. On the day of trial the defendant filed a motion to dismiss, on the grounds of failure to comply with the requirements of the statute of registration for partnerships...
