Defendant, Louise Mildred Myers, was informed against on three counts — two counts of credit card forgery, and a count of obtaining property by false pretenses, as amended. Defendant plead not guilty to all counts. Some time thereafter, defendant plead guilty before the court to the third count, apparently in exchange for dismissal of the other two charges. She was then sentenced to not less than one nor more than three years. She appeals that...
