This is an appeal from the decision and final order of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission in which the commission found that appellants had committed unlawful discriminatory practices in violation of section 5(h)(1) of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P. L. 744, as amended, 43 PS §955(h)(1), in refusing to rent an apartment to a "Negro, because of his interracial marriage to a Caucasian."
