The petitioner herein, Larry E. Harris, is presently incarcerated in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex. On June 1, 1970, this court entered an order permitting a petition tendered by Harris to be filed without prepayment of costs pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1915.
