This is an appeal and cross-appeal from the judgment and decree entered after hearing on a petition to determine heirship.

The facts are that as of February 1, 1963, Martin and Martha Mader had been married for over 30 years, and remained husband and wife until Martin's death on March 16, 1967. The issue of this marriage were three daughters: Ruth, who married William H. Hall; Ilse, who has remained unmarried...
