On March 12, 1968 these four suits were brought to recover for injuries alleged to have been sustained by Sonja Paju and consequential damage to her mother Irene Paju in an accident involving both defendants on February 26, 1960. Sonja Paju was born on June 26, 1947 and married on July 23, 1966.
