SMITH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

We shall here affirm the action of a trial judge who granted motions to dismiss at the end of the plaintiff's case in a suit arising from injuries sustained on a District of Columbia sidewalk.

Appellant Mamie Vernon claimed in her suit that she fell on October 19, 1967, while "walking on the public sidewalk and driveway entrance in front of 3411 Davenport Street, N.W....
