Defendant was charged by information with the robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) of one Reese Johnson while armed with a deadly weapon, to wit, a butcher knife. He entered a plea of not guilty. A motion to suppress evidence was made and such motion was denied. Thereafter, the information was amended to allege prior convictions of burglary...
