Plaintiff filed suit in the Circuit Court of Peoria County, alleging that the defendant bowling alley corporation breached an agreement of employment whereby plaintiff was to be employed as promotional manager of the bowling alley for a period of forty-eight months at a salary of $312.50 per month for a gross salary of $15,000.
