This is an action for damages for the death of plaintiff's decedent, Lewis E. Nichols, who was electrocuted on the farm of his employer. The action is brought by plaintiff as executor of decedent's estate against Omaha Public Power District, the owner of an electrical distribution line supplying electrical power to the farm.
