CHURCHILL, J.

Defendant, David Earl Moton, was convicted by accepted plea of guilty of maliciously threatening to extort money contrary to MCLA § 750.213 (Stat Ann 1962 Rev § 28.410). It was a bargained plea. On the day of the plea this count was added to counts charging assault with intent to murder1 and assault with intent to rob and steal being armed,2 both of which carry maximum sentences of life...
