This is an appeal by the defendant from an order of the trial court denying its posttrial motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and in the alternative for new trial. The judgment appealed from was rendered in favor of plaintiff upon a jury verdict in the amount of $50,000. The injury upon which the suit was based was incurred when the plaintiff was swimming in a swimming pool owned and operated by defendant and made a dive off of the diving board...
