On January 12, 1970 a county attorney's information was filed in Warren County District Court charging defendant, Terry Lee Werner, with the crime of carrying a concealed weapon, contrary to section 695.2 of the 1966 Code of Iowa. It stated "that the said Terry Lee Werner, on or about the 21st day of November, A.D., 1969, in the County of Warren and State of Iowa, did willfully and unlawfully go armed...
