The defendant, Odell Marshall, appeals his conviction of possession of marijuana. MCLA § 335.153 (Stat Ann 1957 Rev § 18.1123).

The marijuana was found in a briefcase in the trunk of an automobile in which Marshall was a passenger. His motion to suppress this evidence was denied.
