This action to recover damages growing out of an alleged breach of warranty in the sale of a motorboat was brought by the purchaser, P. McA. Dougall, against the dealer, Jonas Marine and Boat Works, Inc. (formerly Brown Bay Boat Works and Sales, Inc.), and the manufacturer, Evinrude Motors, a division of Outboard Marine Corporation.
