This is an appeal upon questions of law from a judgment and order of the Court of Common Pleas for Hamilton County that plaintiff, appellee herein, is entitled to participate in the Workmen's Compensation Fund.

Joseph J. Ackerman, plaintiff's decedent, had been employed as a firefighter by the city of Cincinnati for a number of years prior to his death. It appears that he suffered from a heart condition and, accordingly, had been transferred...
