This is a motor vehicle accident case.

Plaintiff, by his Guardian Ad Litem, sued for injuries received when the 1963 Ford Station Wagon in which he was riding crashed into the rear end of the 1957 Dodge truck owned by defendant Almond G. Weber. The accident occurred on U. S. Highway 14 and U. S. Highway 83 at a point approximately three miles east of Pierre, South Dakota. The date of the accident was April 24, 1965.
