By this proceeding in prohibition the petitioner Lorin Lee Furlong seeks to avoid trial on the ground of double jeopardy.

Furlong and Robert Lawrence Greenwood were charged by information with the crime of robbery. They were brought to trial together before a jury in the criminal court of record of Dade County.
