Scott, Attorney General of Illinois, praying for a writ which would order the Honorable Sidney Jones, an associate judge of the circuit court of Cook County, to expunge an order which according to its terms suspended a warden's warrant issued for the arrest of Joseph Theo, a defendant in a criminal case...
