Plaintiff, Bernice Billups (hereafter Bernice), individually and as the guardian ad litem of her minor son Anthony, appeals from a judgment decreeing that her individual cause of action is barred by Code of Civil Procedure section 340, and that the minor's cause of action is barred by his failure to file a creditor's claim pursuant to Probate Code sections 700 and 707.
