CHASEZ, Judge.

This litigation arises out of a slip and fall accident. The plaintiff-appellant, Mrs. Rose Marchese La Fleur, a patron and business invitee of White System, Inc., defendant-appellee, slipped and fell in an office of the finance company owned by defendant. Suit was brought against defendants for personal injuries allegedly sustained as a result of the fall. From a judgment in favor of defendants dismissing their suit, plaintiffs have appealed.
