1. During the argument of the assistant district attorney, counsel for the defendant stated: "I think it is improper and error for the solicitor to comment on the part of the defendant to put up any evidence because he isn't required to do so and I think that Your Honor should instruct the jury that that would not be proper and it is probably proper grounds for a mistrial for the solicitor to comment...
