These cases are an appeal and a cross-appeal from an award of damages for injuries suffered in a fall. The District of Columbia asserts that the claimed emotional injury was not shown to be traceable to the physical injury. Parrish v. United States, 126 U.S.App.D.C. 144, 375 F.2d 320 (1967).
