A jury found Harold Terry and Juanelda Allen guilty on two counts of first degree murder. Terry admitted a prior felony conviction of armed robbery. The jury fixed Terry's penalty at death on each count. Juanelda received life sentences because she was only 17 years old at the time of the homicides (see Pen. Code, § 190.1).
