Plaintiff, C.C. Dill, brought this action to recover $9,415 allegedly due under a contingent fee contract entered into with Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, defendant. Plaintiff appeals (1) an order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment and dismissing the action with prejudice; and (2) an order denying plaintiff's motion for change of venue.
