Plaintiff Edward Dolan purchased from defendant Frank's Nursery Sales, Inc., a bag of "Erase" manufactured by defendant O.M. Scott & Sons. Plaintiff Angela Dolan, Edward's wife, used the product and subsequently developed a contact dermatitis.
