GIVAN, J

The appellant was charged with the crime of theft as defined in Burns Ind. Stat. § 10-3030. Trial by court resulted in a finding of guilty of the lesser included offense of exerting unauthorized control over a motor vehicle as defined in Burns Ind. Stat. § 10-3036. Appellant was sentenced to the Indiana State Farm for a period of one year and fined $25 and costs.
