This is an appeal by the employer and its insurance carrier from an award of the Labor Commissioner to Ivan W. Jackson for workmen's compensation for a heart attack occurring on December 28, 1967. After trial, the court found that Jackson "suffered an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment" and awarded compensation benefits. Defendant's exceptions were transferred by Morris, J.
