The parties to this appeal were the parties to the trial in the Superior Court. Jack D. Williams dba Williams Trucking Company, hereinafter referred to as Williams, was the plaintiff. A.J. Bayless Markets Inc., an Arizona corporation, herein referred to as Bayless, was the defendant.
