This is an employee's petition to review a preliminary agreement which seeks amendment of said agreement as well as to obtain reimbursement of medical expenses. The cause is before us on the employee's appeal from a final decree of the Workmen's Compensation Commission, which affirmed the decree of a single commissioner denying and dismissing the petition.
