The plaintiffs, Louis Blatt, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, and his wife, Toby Blatt, brought this action asking for money damages and for a decree compelling the defendant to perform a written contract between the parties to make payments to the plaintiff or his wife. The court rendered judgment for the defendant and the plaintiffs have appealed. They have assigned error on the grounds that the special finding of facts made by the court is insufficient...
