The defendant was convicted of illegal possession of heroin and sentenced to imprisonment in the state prison for a term of not less than four nor more than six years. He appeals this conviction claiming various errors in the trial proceedings relative to admissibility of evidence, denial of a motion for mistrial, and instructions to the jury.
